Responsible for the development of the long term strategic plan for the system and the complementary strategic and business plans for each corporate division and specific business units (unique to a division and/or across divisional business units). Identifies opportunities to redefine the basis of competition through innovation and as a result, creates an organizational capable of success within a complex and changing environment. Assesses and leads growth initiatives in new markets to include demographic, economic, business and health related market factors. Identifies and facilitates opportunities to achieve strategic growth and health system long term positioning initiatives through health system / physician partnerships and by staying abreast of current strategic theory and business planning scenarios. Works closely with and facilitates the efforts of key system executives, legal counsel, and divisional vice presidents to conceptualize and package partnership models (economic and non-economic). Assures executives throughout the organization understand and apply these applications as appropriate. Facilitates the development of implementation plans to include identification of metrics and periodic reporting of progress against goals.
Master’s Level Degree
